The Driver's File is the folder of documents and actions that you should have from your drivers. It contains all the formats and files required by the DOT, so that you comply with its regulations and do not have problems in your audits.

Some of these documents must be updated annually and should be kept on file for up to three (3) years after the termination of any employment contract with the driver. This regulation applies to all transportation companies including those that are owners and operators.
